What we do

Lawn care thatactually shows

Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

Weekly Mowing

Same morning, every week. Sharp blade, height set for shade or full sun, and the walks blown clean before we leave.

starts at $45 · per visit

Edging & Trimming

Crisp blade-edged borders along beds, walks, and drives — and string-trim around fences, mailboxes, and tree rings.

starts at $30 · per visit

Bed Maintenance

Hand-pull weeds, prune at the right time, and keep the front beds at Township-acceptable curb appeal.

starts at $85 · per visit

Pine & Leaf Cleanup

Pine straw and live-oak leaf drop — bagged, hauled, and your beds blown out, year-round if you live under the canopy.

starts at $85 · per visit

Mulch Refresh

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so the beds look fresh and the weeds give up.

starts at $120 · per visit

Hedge & Shrub Trimming

Boxwoods, hollies, ligustrums — shaped clean and sized so they don’t crowd the walkway or the windows.

starts at $95 · per visit

Sod Repair & Install

Patch the bald spots under the pines, or lay fresh St. Augustine on a shaded side yard that Bermuda gave up on.

starts at $750 · per visit

Seasonal Fertilization

Pre-emergent in late winter, slow-release nitrogen in spring, iron + potassium for summer color — timed to North Houston turf.

starts at $65 · per visit

How it works

Three steps,no hassle

We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.

  1. Walk the property

We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.

  2. Quote on the spot

You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.

  3. Same crew, every week

Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

Built for the village

Lawn care that speaksWoodlands.

The Woodlands isn’t a generic Houston suburb. The Township enforces real residential design standards, the pine canopy changes which grass survives where, and every village has its own character. We work to that, not against it.

  • Township DSC standards. Mowed turf, defined bed edges, mulched beds, no overgrowth into the right-of-way or onto the cart paths. We keep your yard off the covenant-letter list.
  • Canopy-aware grass care. St. Augustine on shaded sides under the pines, Bermuda on full-sun fronts. Cut height tuned to the species, not the calendar — which is why your shaded side yard finally looks even with the front.
  • Cart-path-clean. Walks, drives, and the cart path get blown clean before we leave. Whoever’s biking past on Saturday morning shouldn’t be riding through your clippings.
  • Bilingual. Llame o envíe un mensaje — English or Spanish, same crew, same answer.

In their words

What customers say

Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.

We’ve been on Erik’s route for two seasons now. He picked up that the previous crew was scalping the St. Augustine on our shaded side and adjusted the cut height the first week. Lawn finally looks even from the front and the side, which it never did before.

Live in Cochran’s Crossing. The crew shows up the same Wednesday morning, gate gets latched every time, and the cart path is always blown clean before they roll out. Fair price, and Erik texts back fast.

Got a Township letter about our front beds last spring — mulch had thinned and weeds were taking over. Woodlands Lawn Pros came out, refreshed mulch, edged the beds, and we’ve had no DSC issues since. They know the standard.
